Biography
Tiffany Brinkley serves as a highly skilled and dedicated paralegal who brings over 19 years of comprehensive experience and a robust background in corporate law. She works closely with the firm’s General Corporate & Securities, Startup & Venture Capital, and M&A practice groups and routinely handles entity formations, securities transaction filings, and operational licensing matters and provides general transaction support for sophisticated startup financing transactions and mergers and acquisitions. Tiffany’s contributions to our work consistently demonstrate her value-add to the firm, including her detail-oriented approach, attentiveness, organization, excellence, and integrity.
Tiffany is also a compassionate and empathetic person, always ready to lend a listening ear to clients and her colleagues, and eager to support and advance the goals of our clients and the firm.
Tiffany worked closely with General Counsel at both American Blue Ribbon Holdings, a parent company for restaurants and Tri Star Energy, LLC, a parent company for convenience stores as a paralegal and licensing specialist for operational licenses. Prior to joining Riggs Davie PLC, Tiffany was a paralegal for Polsinelli PC in Nashville.
