Sage N. Sammeli

Sage Sammeli is a Corporate Paralegal at Riggs Davie PLC, where she supports attorneys in a broad range of transactional and corporate matters. Her work includes assisting with entity formations and governance, maintaining corporate records, preparing and filing state documents, and supporting due diligence efforts. She has experience managing multi-state entity compliance and coordinating document execution, including organizing and maintaining closing documents and corporate records.

Prior to joining Riggs Davie, Sage gained experience in corporate and transactional law, developing a strong foundation in business entity management and legal documentation. She holds an ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate from Chattanooga State Community College and a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration. She is known for her attention to detail and ability to keep complex matters organized and on track. Outside of work, Sage enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures, bringing a thoughtful and well-rounded perspective to her work.
