Biography

Ross Bomholt is a trusts and estates attorney based in Nashville, Tennessee. He works closely with individuals and the transfer of their wealth to their children and future generations in the most efficient way possible. He counsels clients on estate planning matters (Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives, and Pre- and Post-Nuptial Agreements), all in such a way that provides tax-efficiency and asset protection. He also works with fiduciaries in the administration and settlement of estates and trusts. ‍


In addition, Ross is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive license) and a Uniform Investment Advisor in Tennessee. He brings a wealth of knowledge from his former roles as a senior tax consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, as well as a senior tax advisor at Caterpillar Financial.
