Biography
Nicole Swisher focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, equity financings and general corporate matters in a variety of industries, including technology, manufacturing, real estate and financial services. Throughout her career, Nicole has been involved in a high volume of transactions with clients ranging from startups to Fortune 50 companies.
Nicole effectively assists her clients in pursuit of their long-term and short-term business goals through transparent communication, teamwork, and efficient project management. Her clients recognize her desire to understand their goals and strategy to best advise them on the most efficient path to success. It's this attention to detail that allows her clients to view her as an extension of their team.
In her free time, Nicole enjoys hiking, performing standup comedy and spoiling her niece and three nephews.
