Biography
Meredith is an estate planning and estate administration attorney. She prepares wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and forms closely held businesses for asset protection and business succession planning.
She also counsels clients on estate and trust administration, including probate and trust modifications, and assists with federal estate tax return filings and audits. Prior to moving to Tennessee, Meredith practiced estate administration and litigation in New York. Before practicing law, she worked in music publishing for leading companies in New York.
Meredith loves this area of law because, much like music, it touches everyone's lives, and she enjoys helping families plan for the future and care for their loved ones.
