Biography
Madison Botsch is a Nashville-based Estate and Tax Planning Paralegal with experience across several areas of corporate, estate planning and private client law.
Madison began her legal career in Healthcare Mergers and Acquisitions at Holland & Knight (formerly Waller, Lansden, Dortch & Davis), where she supported complex transactions and regulatory compliance matters for healthcare organizations and private equity groups. Her time in this fast-paced corporate environment built a strong foundation in document management, diligence review, and client coordination.
She later transitioned into estate and tax planning, where she developed a passion for helping families and business owners navigate the legal and financial aspects of preserving their legacies. At Crow Estate Planning & Probate and Thompson Burton, Madison gained valuable experience drafting trust and estate documents, organizing asset transfers, and assisting attorneys in all phases of estate administration.
Beyond her professional life, Madison enjoys creating pottery in her spare time. She also loves spending quiet weekends with her two dogs, Magnolia and Kiwi, exploring local parks and discovering new coffee shops around Nashville.
