Biography
Dillon Reid is a Nashville-based corporate and securities attorney. He has extensive experience in the areas of securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate affairs. He has counseled a wide range of clients in a variety of industries, including healthcare, technology and entertainment.
Prior to joining Riggs Davie PLC, Dillon was an associate at Bass, Berry & Sims, and at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP in New York.
