Biography
Hunter McCloud is a corporate and securities attorney in Brentwood, Tennessee. He assists with corporate and securities transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, capital raising transactions, and private fund formation.
Prior to joining Riggs Davie PLC, Hunter worked as a customer service representative in the consumer lending industry and served asa Policy Assistant for Tennessee Secretary of State Tre Hargett.
Outside of the office, Hunter enjoys hiking, horseback riding, and watching the Tennessee Volunteers.
