Biography
Evan’s focus is on advising investment managers on the formation and compliance of forming and operating investment funds such as venture capital funds, private equity funds, real estate funds, hedge funds, fund of funds, special purpose vehicles and other private investment funds. Evan advises both emerging fund managers with their first fund and established fund managers with more complex operations. In addition to assisting in the fund formation process, Evan frequently advises his clients on the deployment of capital such as an investment into a startup, a fund, joint venture, or another private investment.
