Lateral partner or counsel-level candidates
If you have an established business law or estate planning practice with a portable book of business and are looking for an alternative platform that provides you with more flexibility and better economics that you are finding at large firms, we’re interested in hearing from you.
Lateral associates
We are currently considering resumes for lateral associate positions in the following practice areas: general corporate & securities, mergers & acquisitions, startups & venture capital, and private funds & investment management.
Entry level associates
We welcome resumes from law students interested in the areas of law we practice in. While we don’t currently offer a formal summer program, we review our hiring needs for entry level associate candidates on an ongoing basis.
