Joe Fernandez III is an attorney with Riggs Davie, PLC. He focuses his practice on estate planning and administration. He currently serves as Chair of the Executive Council for the Tax Section of the Tennessee Bar Association and previously served as Vice President for the Nashville Junior Chamber of Commerce. He enjoys photography in his spare time and currently serves as Co-Chair for the Events Committee of the Tennessee Art League.
